Grant explored other career avenues prior to the scrap business. He manages multiple sites, hiring crews, maintaining equipment, and tracking all loads. Grant directly supervises demolition projects.

Josh graduated with a bachelors degree in Accounting. For the past 7 years, he worked throughout the company in various capacities, managing accounts, facilitating project development, contracting site crews, developing contracts, and purchasing and maintaining demolition equipment. Josh exclusively maintains and manages all financials at present. 

After graduating from Penn State University, Jim worked in the electric utility industry for Potomac Edison- he was with them for 35-years. Jim also managed medical office buildings for 7 years. He manages the safety program at Hub Scrap - overseeing HR programs and working with government agencies to ensure environmental and  permitting requirements are met.

Greg Dahbura attended John Hopkins University. His entrepreneurial spirit culminated in a notion some 10 years ago of converting a waste resource into a reusable product: scrap metal. From its inception Hub Scrap Metals, LLC, developed as a nationally based US business with international import/export. Currently, Hub Scrap Metals, LLC, is a diversified company with multiple industry scrap and demolition services. Greg oversees operations and resources.

Ryan graduated from Hagerstown Community College. His 25 years of experience in the scrap industry and metal manufacture world developed Ryan into a scrap metal expert. Ryan heads the sales division.
